SMS Program Terms

Spincentive is a text-message program operated by SalesText AI LLC. Local businesses use Spincentive to send a one-time prize redemption code and, with your consent, occasional marketing messages about their offers and events.

What you signed up for

When you claimed a prize, you entered your phone number and agreed to receive text messages from the specific business where you spun the wheel, sent via Spincentive. Consent applies per business: agreeing to hear from one business never opts you into messages from any other. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and rates

You will receive one message with your redemption code, and recurring marketing messages afterward — typically 2 to 6 per month per business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from that business. One more message confirming the opt-out will follow, and that is the last one. Replying with words like UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END also works. Opting out of marketing does not affect a redemption code you already requested.

Reply HELP to any message, or contact jacob@spincentive.com. Marketing messages are sent only between 8am and 9pm in your local time.

Your information

Your phone number and consent record are shared with the business you opted into and the vendors that deliver these messages, and with no one else. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
